Rates for Christchurch bed and breakfast.

The following room rates include GST at 12.5% and include breakfast for two.

Heritage Rooms - Bealey, Canterbury, Eliza's, Pyne

$295 per night for 2 people 

Classic Rooms -  Master’s,  Maid’s,  Butler's, Servants'

$185 per night for 2 people 

Extra persons

$40 per night, Servants' Room only 

Confirmation of booking

A credit card number is required to confirm your booking.  This will be held on file until your arrival, unless you cancel, when the appropriate amount will be charged as outlined in our cancellation policy below. 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking within 28 days of the booked arrival date 25% of the full period of booked accommodation will be charged, unless we are able to rebook the dates.  Cancellations made within 7 days of the booked date will result in the full period booked being charged unless we are able to rebook the dates.
