At Eliza's Manor on Bealey B&B hotel enjoy bed & breakfast accommodation with personal service as you unwind at a home away from home, where service and attention to detail are a priority.

Each bedroom combines historic ambience with modern conveniences to create quality Christchurch B&B accommodation.  Enjoy a newspaper, book or magazine in the Garden Room and have a drink in the fully licensed bar.  Or, when the weather is pleasant enjoy the private courtyard adjacent to the Garden Room.

Our boutique hotel in central Christchurch has eight rooms each with ensuites [in room bathroom facilities].   A full sideboard and choice of cooked breakfast for two is included in the room rate, which also includes GST tax.

Eliza's has a 4 Star Plus rating from Qualmark, which is New Zealand tourism's official mark of qualiy.

 Reception Hours

Reception hours on weekdays are from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm.  At weekends we are available from 7:30 am.

Late arrivals / early departures

Please advise us if you are arriving late or have an early departure outside of the normal reception hours so that we can make arrangements to meet or farewell you.

Check-in / check-out 

Normal check-in time is from 1pm and check-out is 10:30 am.  Depending on our bookings we will endeavour to meet guest requests for early arrivals or later departures.

House Breakfast

The room tariff includes a full sideboard of fruits, cereals, yohgurts, juices, breads and toast, plus a choice of cooked breakfast, including such favourites as French Toast, Pancakes, Eggs Benedict and our famous Manor Works.  Our guests rate this as the best breakfast in New Zealand which sees them through to dinner at night! 

The House Breakfast is available in our Breakfast Cafe from 7:00 am to 10 am weekdays and from 7:30 am to 10 am on weekends.  Special arrangements can be made for earlier breakfasts if necessary.

Free off street parking is available.

Children

We regret that Eliza's Manor on Bealey is not really suitable for children.

Internet Access 

A guest computer which provides free high speed access to the internet is situated on the ground floor adjacent to the main staircase.  Dial-up access is provided for lap tops from each guest room.

Transport

We are happy to order taxis or shuttle buses for you to travel to and from Eliza's Manor on Bealey.

Smoking 

Eliza's Manor on Bealey is a totally smoke free environment. 

In line with New Zealand legislation and for the health and comfort of our guests and staff, smoking is not permitted in the building, courtyard or outside areas adjacent to the front door and courtyard entrances.
